Each shower enclosure is supplied with a removable label, with a QR corresponding to its identifier. By scanning it you can access all the relevant product information.
Possibility of activating the enclosure guarantee, accessing technical manuals, installation videos, information on spare parts, cleaning advice...
The identification code is unique for each PROFILTEK shower enclosure and can be found on the inside of the logo that accompanies our products, by removing the top cover containing the logo.
The identification code of each enclosure is a reference that allows us to know the manufacturing history of that unit and to have perfectly identified the model of the screen, manufacturing characteristics and materials used. This number is essential to request a spare part or for any query you may have about your PROFILTEK product.
We want satisfied customers and sustainable enclosures. A motivation that allows us to guarantee the availability of spare parts for at least 10 years after the purchase of your product.
